Return new, unused items within 20 days of delivery for a refund, and 45 days for an exchange. To avoid any restocking fees, Items must be returned in their original product packaging including all literature/documentation and original tags. No returns on electrical parts, helmets or sale items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is also responsible for the shipping charges on returned products.
The refund will be credited back using the same form of payment used for the original transaction.
Any Merchandise which has been tested out on a ride is considered used and will not be returned. In order to avoid any issues, we would recommend trying on the product indoors and leaving it on for 30 minutes to ensure correct fitment before using it on any rides.

Please allow 3 to 7 business days for order processing. Covid 19 has created some shipping delays and product shortages. You will be notified right away if we are unable to fulfill your order in a timely manner.
Certain rural areas, as well as large bulky items, may incur additional shipping fees. You will be notified of any increase in shipping charges before the package is sent out.
To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of couriers depending on which best suits your needs. We will typically ship Canada Post or Loomis.
